Emily Anderson

Emily started as the Chesapeake Bay MarineGEO technician in 2022. In 2014, she graduated from Oregon State University with a BS in Biology. In 2021, she earned a MS in Biology at Old Dominion University. Her research interests include soundscape ecology, recruitment ecology of fish and invertebrates, and coral-reef and estuarine ecology. Emily loves scuba diving and getting to work outdoors. Her favorite hobbies are hiking, photography, and knitting. 

Emily is a contributor to the Upper Chesapeake Bay observatory.
